Return & Exchange Policy

At House of  Aashari, we are deeply committed to delivering products of the highest quality. While issues are extremely rare, we have a simple and transparent process in place for those unlikely events.

For Online Orders

  • Every product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch.
     

  • If you notice any damage or defect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
     

  • We’ll first attempt an on-site repair. If that’s not possible, the product will be collected and replaced in the next production lot (standard lead times apply).
     

  • Please note: We have a No Refund Policy.

For In-Store Purchases

  • Customer is responsible for transportation after purchase.
     

  • All products must be inspected and cleared before dispatch. Once cleared, House of Aashari will not be liable for any damage occurring during transportation.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

  • All our products are made-to-order and non-returnable, except in cases of verified damage or defects.
     

  • Natural variations in wood grain, texture, or minor shade differences are part of the beauty of handcrafted furniture and are not considered defects.
