  • Each piece is made-to-order, reflecting our commitment to personalized craftsmanship.

  • After your order is placed, production begins immediately. Please allow 3–5 business days for crafting and final quality checks before dispatch.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship via trusted courier services across India and internationally. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and size.

  • Estimated delivery timelines (post-dispatch):

    • Within India: 3–7 business days.

    • International: 7–14 business days (customs clearance times vary).

  • You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

3. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to adhere to estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues or customs.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • For in-stock or non-custom items, changes or cancellations can be accommodated within 3 hours of placing the order.

  • For made-to-order custom pieces, requests for changes or cancellations are not guaranteed, given production may commence immediately.

5. Shipping & Ownership

  • For online orders, we inspect each product before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards House Of Aashari.

  • Ownership (and risk) transfers to the customer upon delivery.

  • For in-store purchases, customers are responsible for transportation post-clearance; once cleared, House of Aashari is not liable for transit-related damage House Of Aashari.

6. Damages & Defects

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
